Who we are

Lunara provides personalized, automatically generated tarot readings about romantic relationships. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. Lunara is operated by the Lunara team; contact details are at the end.

What we collect

• What you tell us: your relationship situation, your chosen question, your first name and the other person's first name, optional birth dates, the context you write, and your email address.
• Your reading: the cards you select, the teaser, and the full reading generated for you.
• Anonymous usage events: page views, step numbers, and checkout events tied to a random browser identifier. These never contain your relationship text.
• Referral parameters: source, campaign, or creator code from the link you arrived through.

We do not create accounts, we do not require a password, and we do not collect precise location or advertising identifiers.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which handles checkout, payment details, and your receipt. We never see your card number. Gumroad receives your email address and an opaque, random reading reference — never your names, your question, your birth dates, your cards, or anything you wrote. After purchase we receive the sale identifier, order number, amount, and buyer email from Gumroad to confirm the purchase.

Automated generation

Your reading is produced by an automated language model. To create it, the details you supplied are sent to our model provider for processing. No human psychic is involved, and we do not present the reading as fact about another person.

How we use your information

• To generate and deliver your reading.
• To send your reading by email, when email delivery is enabled (Gumroad sends your receipt).
• To measure, in aggregate, whether this product is worth continuing.
• To prevent abuse and fraud.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

The context you write and your birth dates are deleted as soon as your reading has been generated. For paid readings, your email, first names, and reading are kept for 30 days from the purchase recorded by Gumroad, or until a longer access term already granted ends. Unpaid sessions keep their original limited storage window. After that window these details are anonymized automatically, unless an open support or refund issue requires longer retention. A support hold, recovery, or a new private link does not extend paid access. Save or copy your reading while it remains available. Payment records (amount, date, and Gumroad sale and order identifiers) are kept as required for accounting. Anonymous usage events contain no personal text and are kept in aggregate.

Security

Your data is stored in an access-controlled database that cannot be read from the browser. All secrets and provider keys live only on the server. Access is limited to the people operating this service.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the form below, or by emailing us. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale — we do not sell personal information. This service is for adults 18 and over and is not directed to children.
