Refund Policy

1. What you are buying

Lunara sells a single, one-off personalized relationship tarot reflection for $9.99, paid once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Each reading is generated automatically from your answers and delivered digitally right after payment is verified.

2. When we refund in full

We will refund you in full, or resolve the issue to your satisfaction, if:

• your reading failed to generate or could not be delivered because of a technical problem on our side;
• you were charged more than once for the same reading;
• you were charged but never received access to your reading.

3. After your reading is delivered

Because each reading is personalized and delivered digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable once your reading has been generated and made available to you. If something went wrong with your reading, please still write to us — we review every request individually.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

5. How to request a refund

Email paintitua@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and the order number from your Gumroad receipt. Payments and receipts are handled by Gumroad; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Gumroad. If a refund is issued, access to the reading ends.

6. Bought directly on Gumroad?

If you bought on the Gumroad page without starting a reading here, we cannot attach that order to a reading automatically. Email paintitua@gmail.com with your checkout email and Gumroad order number. We verify the order with Gumroad first, then help you start your reading or refund it. We never reopen a reading from an email address alone.

Lunara is operated by the Lunara team.
