1. Who may use Lunara

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using Lunara you confirm that you are. Lunara is operated by the Lunara team.

2. What Lunara is — and is not

Lunara provides tarot-framed readings for spiritual reflection and entertainment. Readings are produced automatically by a language model following a framework we wrote. No human psychic, medium, or clairvoyant is involved, and we make no claim of supernatural accuracy.

Nothing in a reading is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and nothing in it is a statement of fact about another person's thoughts, feelings, intentions, or future actions. Readings cannot predict outcomes. Decisions you make after reading are your own.

3. Safety

Lunara does not provide readings where the context indicates abuse, coercion, stalking, threats, self-harm, or danger. In those cases we show supportive resources instead. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. In the US, call 911, or reach the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

4. Pricing and payment

A reading costs $9.99 as a single one-time payment in US dollars. There is no subscription, no free trial that converts to a charge, and no recurring billing. Checkout, payment, and receipts are handled by Gumroad; by paying you also accept Gumroad's terms. You are buying a one-off personalized digital tarot reflection (a written report) — not ongoing access to a practitioner, a chat service, or any software.

5. Refunds

If your reading fails to generate or is not delivered, or you were charged more than once, we will refund you in full or resolve the issue. Because each reading is personalized and delivered digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable once the reading has been generated. Your statutory rights are not affected. 6. Acceptable use

Don't submit another person's private information beyond a first name, don't attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service, and don't resell or republish readings as your own work.

7. Intellectual property

The Lunara name, deck, artwork, and written framework belong to us. Your individual reading is yours to keep and use personally.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question.
